About

Hi, I’m Will, a 25 year old Brand Manager, who like most people in their twenties is trying to make sense of personal growth, career moves and life’s big (and small) decisions. I started “What am I to do” as I found myself asking myself this question over and over. So i decided to write this blog about exploring self improvement, sport and navigating your twenties. Three things i spend a lot of time pondering. These are just my thoughts, experiences and lessons I’ve learned. I hope you enjoy x

Self Improvement

If your social media feed is anything like mine, you’re probably sick of self-improvement gurus. Self-improvement doesn’t have to be waking up at 5am and shouting affirmations into the mirror. I want to share with you the habits and lifestyle choices I think are worthwhile.

Navigating your twenties

Nobody really tells you how to navigate this period. It’s the first time in your life that the direction you take is completely up to you. But so often we don’t know which one to take. Career shifts, big decisions, leaving relationships are all things we are just trying to figure out.

Sport

Sport has always been a massive part of my life. Growing up I played every sport under the sun. I played 1st XV Rugby & American Football at uni and have now completed an Ironman 70.3 and multiple hyrox’s. This is more a bit of fun for me and hey one day I’ll make a career out of talking about sport.

Our values

Our values are simple:

1 – Do what you want to do with your life. Not what you think you should do.

2 – Stop caring about what other people think about you (chances are they aren’t thinking about you that much).

3 – We’re all figuring it out so lift up those around you.

4 – Push yourself & try new things.

What next?

If any of this resonates with you, stick around, read on and I hope What am I to do can give you a little boost.
